A great quote I came across today... Romans 12:2 keeps coming to my mind in the last year off and on. What a great way to consider God's Will ---

"God is not only the one who is in charge; God is also good. Everything he does is good. And what Romans 12, verses1 and 2, says is that we have the opportunity by the renewal of our minds—that is, how we think about these things—actually to prove what God’s will is. And then it says, “His good, pleasing, and perfect will.” Is that good, pleasing, and perfect to God? Yes, of course, but the point of it is that it’s good, pleasing, and perfect to us. If God does something in your life, would you change it? If you’d change it, you’d make it worse. It wouldn’t be as good. So that’s the way we want to accept it and move forward, and who knows what God will do?"

On an lighter note, Mason is sleeping and I have all of these grand ideas of what I can do on my last week off... Here are a few (to humor myself in case none of them get accomplished...)
Tear some paper for bookmaking and cut some covers to collage and sew
Freeze a meal or two for back to work days
CLEAN
Plan my lessons for the rest of the school year
SLEEP
Most of all I want to savor my mornings with this little guy because he changes every day before my eyes! Praise God for little people, they continuously humble you and remind you that you are NOT in control (lets be thankful for THAT).

I'm impressed that you can remember to trust God so much right now. I have to admit I was so sleep deprived early on that I was questioning him.
We are sitting around here pretty much every afternoon because of nap times...if you want/need a few hours alone to get some stuff in order before you go back to work bring the little dude on over. I promise I won't let Josiah play with him!
