Who knew I would be this busy when I wasn't teaching? I think I am busier now than ever before - but I am enjoying every minute of it (okay thats a lie, but the majority of the time I am enjoying myself). So with that I will announce, I am no longer teaching! It was a hard decision to resign from Lisbon - I loved my job and enjoyed the people I worked with a lot - with that being said, I love Mason more :) SO, onto my next endeavor and phase of life. As Micah says, I can always return to teaching, but not to this phase with Mason (husbands are great).
(so with that I must post a cute photo of our little man)

He insists on rolling over in the crib before and after naps, good job buddy! But buddy can't roll back... enters Mom with camera. :)
So besides taking care of Mr. Mason, I've been working on my fabric postcards. I've only made two this week, so I better step it up a little in order to get these done in a reasonable time!

Okay, I'm letting you in on my hideous secret - my kitchen table/office/sewing station/counter top. I put the leaf in thinking it would clear some space... no. We fill it right up. We can't fit anything else in this apartment!!!!

Diane, those postcards are awesome! You should sell them on Etsy (which you probably are doing) Someday I'll make art again...without crayons and markers :)
Congrats on taking the plunge and staying home. I'm still amazed that one kid can be more work than 100 students.
Your fabric postcards are great! No. 1 is my favorite, love all the elements in it :)
